Works after the 15 minutes to pay. 400 invalid_return_address without a surplus or for an address of another chain; 409 return_address_given once an address was given. Requires the HttpOnly cookie bound to this checkout ID, acquired by the one-use launch form. Merchant sessions and API keys do not grant buyer authority. Cookie names are per-session and cannot be templated by an OpenAPI security scheme.
