The buyer's choice while the payment waits for them (D22): to is card (the card account the routing chose) or a wallet listed in methods. switched: the payment left a wallet attempt at once; switching: its card attempt is first closed at its provider, the payment moves once that is confirmed (still paid or in progress there, it follows its provider and does not move); unchanged: already there. The page then prepares the new attempt. 409 checkout_not_ready while an operation runs or when the choice is not offered. Requires the HttpOnly cookie bound to this checkout ID, acquired by the one-use launch form. Merchant sessions and API keys do not grant buyer authority. Cookie names are per-session and cannot be templated by an OpenAPI security scheme.
