POST/v1/provider-webhooks/{provider}/{connection}

Each merchant connection has its own address and its own key (ADR 0003): Adyen and Checkout.com a webhook key, Stripe the signing secret of its keys, PayPal its webhook ID (the signature, by PayPal's certificate, covers the transmission ID and time, that webhook ID and the body's CRC32). The raw body is verified before persistence and acknowledgement; no browser or merchant authentication applies; no raw financial body retained. A dispute is kept at once ({"accepted": true}); an authentic notification PayHaze does not manage is acknowledged ({"ignored": true}).
