POST/v1/refundsrefunds:write
Requires refunds:write. Cookie mutations require CSRF. Local and test mode only. 409 payment_disputed while a dispute on the payment is open: the money is already held by the buyer's bank.

Une erreur ne vaut jamais paiement. Le corps donne code, message, request_id et retry_action ; renvoyez la même Idempotency-Key si retry_action le propose.
