POST/v1/payment-intents/{id}/crypto/returnedrefunds:write
Requires refunds:write and the second factor. 719:2 « C'est rendu »: the buyer sent more than asked (Bitcart's paid_over); the merchant sent the surplus back from their wallet and notes its transaction (64 hexadecimal characters, 0x first or not). Not a refund: the surplus was never part of the payment's amount. Journaled as crypto.surplus_returned; the same transaction noted again returns the same time. 409 no_surplus_to_return for a payment not confirmed in crypto, not overpaid, or already returned with another transaction.

Une erreur ne vaut jamais paiement. Le corps donne code, message, request_id et retry_action ; renvoyez la même Idempotency-Key si retry_action le propose.
