Requires refunds:write and the second factor. 37 (Figma 703:42): PayHaze holds no key that sends crypto; the merchant refunds from their own wallet, then notes the amount (in the payment's currency) and the transaction (64 hexadecimal characters, 0x first or not). PayHaze records it as a refund made outside PayHaze, journaled as refund.noted, without checking it on the network; the same transaction noted again is the same refund. 409 payment_not_refundable for a payment not confirmed in crypto, 409 insufficient_refundable_balance above what remains.

Une erreur ne vaut jamais paiement. Le corps donne code, message, request_id et retry_action ; renvoyez la même Idempotency-Key si retry_action le propose.
