POST/v1/disputes/{id}/evidencepayments:write
Requires payments:write. Cookie mutations require CSRF. Sends the explanation, the tracking number and the files to the provider and submits them: the provider takes one answer, later changes are refused. Files are PDF, JPG or PNG (detected from their content) of 5 MB at most; they go to the provider (Stripe: files.stripe.com, purpose dispute_evidence) and are not stored by PayHaze. 409 dispute_not_answerable once the dispute no longer waits on the merchant (needs_response or warning_needs_response); 422 provider_unsupported when the provider's disputes are answered in its own dashboard; 422 provider_credentials_rejected when the provider refuses the connection's keys; 503 provider_unavailable when the provider cannot be reached or answers about another payment: nothing is recorded. Journaled as dispute.evidence_submitted.

Une erreur ne vaut jamais paiement. Le corps donne code, message, request_id et retry_action ; renvoyez la même Idempotency-Key si retry_action le propose.
